Day7 JustFabulous Favorite Things

As much as I love an amazing and sexy high heel, I am all about comfort on most days. Just Fabulous’ Laden is a comfy flat with some style.

Just Fabulous Laden

Chasing after two boys and dealing with Kindergarteners 3X a week is a lot easier with these on. I can keep up with my busy schedule and my feet will look fabulous.  I love the cap toe  with pyramid studs.  If you know me, then you know I Love all things with studs :-)  It also comes in  silver and leopard print colors. Pair with a LBD and you can dance the night away. For a comfy casual look with some attitude pair it with some colored skinnies and a sweater.

Check Out Laden and other great flats at JustFab.com.

This is the last day of the Just Fabulous Favorite Things posts. Hope you all have enjoyed my picks for the holiday season. Although I don’t have the items that I’ve posted this week, I plan on adding them to my collection soon. I will be doing more posts on my shoe collection :-)  Happy Shopping my fellow Shoe Lovers!

Day6 JustFabulous Favorite Things

My favorite color is Red. How can I not rave about Just Fabulous’  glamorous red bootie Desdemona?

Just Fabulous Desdemona

Red, high heels, and sequins! What more could I ask for? It does also come in black, but I think the Red just steals the show.  You can definitely dress up any outfit just by slipping into these :-)

They are part of the Just Fabulous Holiday Collection. You can find Desdemona and other great shoes on JustFab.com along with purses and accessories to help pull off a great look for the holidays.

Day5 JustFabulous Favorite Things

Cold weather makes it boot season! Just Fabulous has so many great boots. I am obsessing over Alden.

Just Fabulous Alden

It’s such a pretty bootie. I love the lace, studs and buckle. Feminine and edgy at the same time. Pair with a cute skirt, solid sweater and moto jacket or leather skinnies and a girly tunic top :-) It’s a high heel but has a good size platform to help make it easier to walk in. I just have to get this.

Check out Alden and other great boots on Just Fabulous’s website.

There are so many things that I Love from Just Fabulous that sometimes it’s really hard to pick just one. You should see my wish list :-) Lol. Today’s Favorite Things is Courteous:

Just Fabulous Courteous

It’s such a stylish clutch. I adore the leopard detail down the middle. Whenever I go out sans the kids, I ditch my bigger bags and go for a clutch. Enough room for all the basics for a fun night – phone, ID, cash, and of course lipstick ;-)

Check out Courteous and all the other amazing bags that Just Fabulous carries.

It also comes in a Taupe Lace color :-)  I Love Love Love the Signature Skinny jeans.  They fit great.  I’m petite so they are a little long for me but it still looks great. BeachBody Challenge Day50

I’ve decided to take Saturdays off from blogging/social networking. It’s a busy day for me with the boy’s tball games and I like to enjoy the day with my family without worrying about my blog, Twitter, and Facebook. As much as I love being online, I think it’s good to unplug and focus on what is most important :-)

But since, it’s Sunday – I’ve plugged back in. lol. Yesterday wasn’t too bad of a day. I enjoyed sleeping in. I tried out Kale Chips for the first time. Yum!! And Ben liked them too so I will definitely be making more :-) I also prepped a kale salad using the salad dressing from Karena’s recipe.  I would have loved to make the exact one they have on their blog but I didn’t have all the ingredients. I put in what I had and I’m looking forward to having it for dinner tonight.

1st Time making Kale Chips - success!

Salad prepped for Sunday dinner: Kale, carrots, tomatoes, kidney beans, and black beans.

Workouts:

Mad Abs March Day 24 – 37 pushups!! Yikes! I’m actually sore from it today.

Went for a 4 mile run.

Easy pace for my run.

Can you tell that I got rained on?

Ben and the boys at the spa while it rained.

Tone It Up’s Self Magazine Drop10 Toning Workout – used 5lb. weights and a 10lb.Kettlebell. I was going to use my usual 6lb. medicine ball but Gio convinced me to use the heavier kettle bell for a challenge.

Turbo Fire Day 48 – Fire45 is more like a dance party to me than a workout.  This has the Best music and is so much fun!! I’m always singing “Boom I Got Your Boyfriend” for the rest of the day :-) I really wish I could get the soundtrack to these workouts to have on my iPhone.  I’d probably bust out doing the moves when I hear it.

2 min plank – 30 second on hands, 30 second each side, 30 seconds on hands. I really didn’t feel like doing it but I made myself.  Doing these PlankADays has really helped my core and if I skip more than one day, I’ll keep on skipping. Gotta stay on top of it.

Meals:

M1 – Mini Luna bar. Needed to put something in my stomach since I slept in.

M2 – 2 Buckwheat Banana Pancakes with Maple Syrup and 4 Apple Chicken Sausages.

Smile :-)

When I'm craving syrup for my pancakes I turn to TJ's Organic Maple Syrup.

M3 – Left over Trader Joe’s Turkey Chili with Beans on top of Brown Rice with spinach added in.

Warmed up the Brown rice and Chili, added spinach and mixed. The heat softened the spinach up.

M4 – Peanut and Dark Chocolate Kind Bar.

M5 – Quinoa with Turkey and Spinach Red Sauce

60 o.z of water and 1 Zico.

Favorite YouTube Beauty Gurus

I know alot of us watch YouTube. I didn’t really get into it until about a year ago. And now I’m hooked. There is just something addictive about YouTube. I started watching one makeup video, then another and another. I saw a lot of makeup gurus and follow quite a few now. We all have our favorites and here are mine:

This is no particular order – but these are the gurus that I watch the most and look forward to watching.

angeec03 – Better known as Mommagee. Of all the gurus, I watch, I relate to her the most. She’s a mom with two boys, lives in the bay area and kicks ass in makeup. Most of the looks she’s done, I would wear and I’ve tried quite a few of her looks out. I also got a chance to meet her in person and she is just as sweet as I thought she’d be.

mzmakeupartizt – Alondra is raw and a true artist. She can create a masterpiece with makeup. It would take me lots and lots of practice to even get close to pulling off one of her looks. She’s also done very wearable looks that are just so beautiful. I am mesmerized by her. I love how bold she is.

EnkoreMakeup: Koren is who I look to for advice and tips. I’ve learned so much from him. One day, I will have enough money to go one of his classes.

manwomanfilm: I just recently discovered her and I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to. She is amazing, cute, and funny.

petrilude: Josh is gorgeous and I love watching his videos. He is so talented and I love how to the point he is on his videos.

vintageortacky – Cora is fabulous with makeup. I love her personality and her attitude.

exoticmimi921: Love this girl. She is very talented. Not only in makeup, but she has amazing drawing skills. Plan on hitting her up for a drawing of my kids and family.

stillglamorous: Kasey is beautiful and I love her makeup line. Her looks are gorgeous. I also watch her StillGlamMom channel for meal ideas and to watch her pregnancy blogs. I am very happy for her and her family.

pursebuzz: Elsa is just so sweet and she always has neat tips and tricks. I like watching her reviews.

makeupgeektv: Marlena is very sincere and sweet. I love how brave she is for sharing some of her personal life. Love watching her tutorials and I love how her blog has alternatives to the high end makeup she uses for some of her looks.

andreaschoice: Andrea has great hair tips. My hair is similar to hers so a lot of her tips and tricks work great for me. I’ve also come to love my naturally frizzy, wavy, and curly hair by watching her.

michellephan: Michelle is one of the first ones I started watching. I like all her tips and DIY videos.

bubzbeauty: Bubbi was also one of first gurus I started watching. She had hair and makeup tutorials that were easy to try. I love her clothing line.

I am subscribed to many more and I know that there are many many more talented gurus on YouTube. I am not saying that these are the best. I am saying that these are my favorite and I am sure that I will find other talented beauty gurus that I will be adding to my list.

So who are your favorites?
